Why I started Elevation Groupe Conseil
In 2023, I became Director of a major change management practice and leading 20 experts, And I saw the reality behind the scenes.
Many large consulting firms (even the most prestigious) simply assign consultants based on availability, not impact. They roll out generic playbooks, chase short-term wins, and often disappear right after go-live… when support is needed the most.
